Program Description
Pharmacists are increasingly relied upon to assume leadership roles in patient care and health care organizations. Regardless of their title or formal position in the organization, pharmacists will have the opportunity to lead and set the direction. Many pharmacy students and practicing pharmacists are interested in additional pharmacy management training. Likewise, hospitals and other health care organizations seek to provide pharmacy leadership education for emerging pharmacy leaders and middle managers to improve their transition into larger roles. The M.S. Program in Pharmacy Administration is designed to address the needs of these stakeholders through an integrated distance learning platform.
