Pharmaceutical Graduate Education


Graduate programs offered at schools and colleges of pharmacy combine a broad range of scientific disciplines that are critical to the discovery, development, implementation and assessment of new drugs or therapies. Example programs include but are not limited to the pharmaceutical sciences, which are typically involved in the development of new drugs; clinical sciences, which focus on the therapeutic benefits and clinical assessment of drugs and biologicals; regulatory sciences, which examine product performance as it pertains to safety, efficacy, and quality; and the social and administrative sciences, which involve economics, epidemiology, health behavior, marketing, psychology and sociology.
