Program Description The Master of Science in Integrated Pharmaceutical Sciences program prepares students desiring expertise in drug discovery, development, and clinical translation. This program serves as a logical next step for students with bachelor degrees in science who may be seeking employment in the pharmaceutical industry, government, and regulatory sectors; further graduate education such as a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal chemistry, clinical pahrmacy; or an advanced degree in health sciences such as medicine, dentistry, public health, or pharmacy.

Additional Information about Degree Requirements: Students will complete a capstone project under the guidance of a College of Pharmacy faculty member. The capstone project will be completed in Spring/Summer semesters for 8 credits over 14 weeks, requiring a full-time commitment. The capstone project should be a research project or literature synthesis. Students will give a capstone presentation and submit a written capstone report.

To be considered for graduate admission, applicants must meet the requirements of the Rackham Graduate School and of the graduate program.
